Ambience okay .... Service was very unfriendly. The food only came after the 3rd time asking! (2 1/2 h) Staff very overwhelmed! Unfortunately no view of the lake. You were puffed from place to place several times in order to end up sitting at the table with wild strangers, as the waitress at my 1 table further would be too far for her to walk.

... always on Sundays and when the weather is nice, the right address to enjoy a good coffee on a motorcycle tour 😉

Good restaurant for a stop on a motorcycle tour. There are delicious tarte flambée but also other dishes. The location directly on the lake invites you to linger.

I haven't seen such a child-friendly restaurant in a long time. You feel comfortable there with children and the food was just delicious.

The food is delicious and the service is well organized. However, it is noisy due to the large number of motorcyclists (presumably only on nice weekends) and there is plenty of parking space. The location on the lake is very nice. The rotating terrace is particularly recommended for eating (if you have a head for heights 🤣 and can handle a speed of 1 turn in approx. 4 minutes).

The dishes are really delicious. The service can be expanded, because unfortunately some service staff are not very attentive. On nice weather days the restaurant is very well attended, which is understandable, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The outdoor area could possibly be equipped with 2-3 nice standing places, so the guests could order a drink while waiting for a seat if necessary.

Due to Corona, the economy is only open on the terrace, we were told this very firmly and annoyed. OK. Now we got in line and actually got a table. Disinfection? At our request, someone came with a damp cloth. Great, someone understood the hygiene requirements. We were hungry, were late and stayed. Was a mistake. The food came very late. The side salad was almost withered. The taste could have been better. The few fries on the plate were almost invisible. When you are hungry as a child after eating something is wrong. Too bad.

This experience was also positive, it was vacation time and accordingly also occupied by C 19 but down by the dam there is a small oasis, i.e. a comfortable kiosk, which invited us for a snack and it tasted great

Good meeting point for swimming / hiking / cycling. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for food on two visits. The food (when it comes) is very tasty at a fair price. The service always tries to keep the guests happy.

We recommend. Food, wine and cocoa were delicious. We had the medallion pan (483). Everything freshly prepared, mushrooms fresh (not from the tin), the spaetzle very tasty. Portion more like enough. I am a good eater, but here I had to make an effort to eat everything. The service was very friendly. Not intrusive, but always asked if everything is okay. The meal took a while. But if you want something freshly prepared you just have to wait a bit. Otherwise the tin of ravioli remains, it only takes 5 minutes .........

Great motorcycle meeting point. Food tastes good. Unfortunately, there is not much to see of the lake because everything is overgrown. Furthermore, the prices are high, but the portions are rather small.

We stopped there on our motorcycle tour. Relatively full, but despite the small number of tables, I got a seat (corona). Service very nice, quick and know the menu. The food came at times. Meal size was okay for the price. It tasted wonderful. We will recommend the shop to others and visit again when it is convenient

Great destination, not just for motorcyclists! A rich selection of food and drinks is available to the guests here! The waitresses are really friendly and in a good mood. The food is great and the beer garden is a dream! There is enough parking space right in front of the door! The Piaggio mp3 friends of Baden-Württemberg would be happy to come back!

Beautiful area, great hiking opportunities. Dogs are allowed to walk / run on a leash. The Gasthof zum Seeheiner invites you to enjoy a delicious meal after a walk. Dogs are allowed here. During the season the restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. Highly recommended!

Very nice place for lunch or dinner ne to the lake. Some tables are on a turning platform, not for everyone.... Prices are acceptable. Some waiting time is needed especially if you order Flammkuchen. The personnel could be more friendly.

We waited for our order about 1 hour and it seems they tried to sell as much drinks as it possible to us. My "Schweinebraten vom Hals..." was extremely dry like it was on open air during the whole day or even two days before it was served and it seemed I was not alone with such experience that day. My ice cream dessert was okay but not so sweet as I expected, for almost 8 euro it could be much better.

Very nice and affordable taste. Food was delicious as well. Well recommended if in the area.
